NIPS offers a Three years Full Time Industry Integrated BBA Course from Gauhati University (UGC recognized ) designed to provide an advanced course in management for those seeking managerial positions in industry commerce and services. The core subjects are aimed to develop knowledge and skill in fundamental management disciplines with specialization in functional areas.
The BBA program provides a two-fold advantage to the student one in acquiring a regulated university degree and second one from the institute. This is done with the objective of providing a university prescribed learning program and then to reach beyond the curriculum of the university so that students acquire specialized skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the Corporate World.
The Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree program offers students a core of mandatory courses in Computer Applications , Business, Economics, Finance, General Business Law, Management and Marketing. The student then concentrates more deeply in his chosen field of specialization. Students can specialize in Finance, Marketing or Human Resources Management. This intensely structured program with 6 semesters spread over 36 months consists of 48 subjects and 2400 hours of classroom studies.
On successful completion of the program students will acquire adequate knowledge and skills in Business Management, Logical Reasoning, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills, Foreign language and Computer Applications besides achieving a remarkable improvement in their communication skills and overall personality.
